How to extend the lifespan of your headphones?

The following points are important to maximize sound quality, noise-cancelling performance, and call quality:
Use the headphones correctly
Choose the right ear tips
If the size of the ear tips doesn't match the size of your ear canals, or if the headphones aren’t placed correctly in your ears, you might not get the best performance out of your headphones.
How to use the headphones properly
To use the headphones, take your ears at the tops and lift them up; place the ear tips into ear canals and twist the headphones to lock them in position. This is all to ensure that the headphones sit perfectly and securely in your ear canal.
With the noise-isolating ear tips with your headphones, make sure that the ear tips adapt to your ears. Wait about 10 seconds to allow for the ear tip-shaping process to settle, and then try them out in your ears to check their general fit and how well they work in terms of noise cancellation. If, for example, the ear tips don't seem to be fitting 'right' for you or the noise cancellation isn't strong enough, take the headphones off and reinsert into the ears, making sure the ear tips fit snugly in the ears.
Check the seal of the ear tips
You can check the seal of the ear tips using the “Determine optimal ear tips” feature in the Headphones Connect app.
Check the right ear tip size
Various ear tips are available in different sizes so that you can find what works best for your headphones. Each person has a different size ear canal, and there may be a difference between the left and right ear. Just use the "Find optimal ear tips" option on the Headphones Connect app to check which size of ear tip fits your needs best.
Note:
This investigatory function has the purpose of letting the ear tips ascertain how well they fit your ears for the proper noise-cancellation and sound quality. Before wearing your headset, the size you choose must feel comfortable.
